1. Essential cookies
Essential cookies are needed to make the website work. They store the login session, protect against misuse and remember your cookie choice. No consent is required for these cookies.
2. Preferences
Preference cookies remember settings such as filters, display options and the most recently viewed items. They are only placed after consent.
3. Statistics
Statistics cookies help us understand how the Service is used so that we can improve it. This data is processed in aggregated form as far as possible and only collected after consent.
For statistics we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), exclusively on coffeeshopbeleid.com and only after you give consent for 'Statistics'. Before that consent, the Google script is not loaded and no requests or cookies are sent to or placed from Google. After consent, Google Analytics places the cookies _ga and _ga_6P18FF3N4T (retention period up to 2 years).
We measure page views of public pages (without search parameters or anchors in the address) and a limited number of actions: a click on a contact link, a completed account registration, the start of checkout and a trial period confirmed by the payment provider. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, user IDs or contents of member pages and files to Google. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off.
If you withdraw your consent via 'Cookie settings', measurement stops immediately and we remove the Google Analytics cookies mentioned from your browser. In addition, also only after consent, we keep our own anonymised count without any external party.
4. Marketing
Marketing cookies are used to measure the relevance of messages. They are only placed after express consent.
5. Stripe and security
At checkout, Stripe places cookies that are necessary for payment and for fraud prevention. These cookies belong to the essential category.
6. Sessions
The login session is stored in the browser storage of your device. It expires automatically or when you sign out.
7. Changing settings
You can change your choice at any time via the 'Cookie settings' link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is recorded with date and version.
