Refunds and cancellation

Consumers have a statutory cooling-off period of fourteen days for a distance contract, counted from the conclusion of the agreement.

Within that period, the agreement can be dissolved without giving reasons via the account page or by email.

The Beleidsmonitor is a digital service that is available immediately after registration.

If the consumer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses once the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal lapses to that extent. This confirmation is explicitly requested and recorded during checkout.

If no express consent is given, delivery only begins after the cooling-off period has ended.

There is no payment during the trial period. Cancelling before the end of the trial period prevents any charge; a refund is then not applicable.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically. Before an annual subscription is renewed, you receive a reminder. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

You can always cancel online via the account page, in as many steps as it took to subscribe. No telephone contact is required.

• Consumers who validly withdraw within the cooling-off period receive the amount paid back within fourteen days, where applicable pro rata to the part already delivered.
• Business customers have no statutory cooling-off period; periods already paid for are not refunded, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• In the event of a prolonged outage attributable to us, compensation may be provided pro rata.
• Refunds are made via the same payment method, processed by Stripe.
